Monitoring Your Bot for Missed Utterances

To monitor your bot for missed utterances:

1.

Wait for Amazon Lex to gather usage data about the missed utterances. Utterance data is generated once per day, generally overnight.

Sign in to the AWS Management Console and open the Amazon Lex console.

Select your bot.

Select the Monitoring tab.

5.

Select Utterances from the left menu and then click the Missed button. The pane shows a maximum of 100 missed utterances.

Select the checkbox next to the missed utterances that you want to add to the bot.

To add the utterance to the required version of the intent, select the intent from the Add utterance to intent drop-down menu.

To rebuild your bot, click Build and then Build again.

9.

To verify that your bot recognizes the new utterances, use the Test Bot pane.
