Understanding the Windows Control Hierarchy

To view the Windows control hierarchy:

1. Open the Scene Composer’s Object Viewer tree.

A new Windows control appears in Scene tree in the Controls folder. By default, it is called {Name.}{Instance No.}. In the example above, this is Name {Button}1.

The control’s name, which can be changed at any time, is linked to the edges of a Windows Anchor that is automatically created by the Scene Composer.
