The Real-Time Client enables you to display tooltips that show information about various elements on the screen by clicking the Help button in the Launchbar:
To close or minimize the Launchbar, click the standard Close button 
on the right. To reopen the Launchbar, double-click the Launchbar icon 
in your system tray.
When an agent clicks the Help button, the cursor changes to a hand. Then, when the agent hovers over the relevant item on the screen, a tooltip may show a callout, launch a URL, or perform an action. An example of a callout that is displayed when you hover over the result field in the calculator is shown below:
The Tooltips branch in the project tree enables you to define the tooltips that are offered to the agent.
To define a tooltip:
| 1. | Click the New Tooltip button or right-click the Tooltips branch and select New Tooltip. A new branch is added called Tooltip by default. |
| 2. | Click the new branch to display the following window: |
| 3. | In the Screen Element field, select a screen element that was defined, as described in Defining Screen Elements. |
| 4. | In the Tooltip action field, select a function, such as the one shown below: |
| 5. | Continue to define the function to be invoked, as described in Action Editor. |
